If you have downloaded the trial version and showcases, you already have seen that Arcade Engine is an ideal choice if you want to do animation with Revolution or Media. You already know that it allows for complex asynchronous motion and collision detection. But what do people use it for? You might look into the arcadeEngine forum to find some demonstrations people are willing to share already. Some users have asked me off list to look at their stacks, some have sent me stacks that are either unfinished or proprietary.

If you come from some place other than the Garden of Eden, then you are immediately struck by the weather in Monterey, California -- the site of RevCon 2006. We're talking about sunshine with cool breezes during the day and cool, restful nights. And no perceptible humidity. The second thing you notice is that everything is organized down to every detail. Every meeting starts on time and ends on time. The show organizers Chipp Walters, Dan Shafer and their crew did a splendid job of setting up this conference and running it.
